These terms apply to the use of the Kinn website (kinntech.co) and to demo requests. Use of the Kinn application itself is governed by the service agreement signed with each center.

The website and its content

The content on this website introduces the Kinn platform. We aim for accuracy, but features and pricing may change; the binding offer is what is agreed in the service agreement.

Demo requests

By sending a demo request you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are authorized to contact us on behalf of the center. A request creates no contractual obligation for either party.

Intellectual property

The Kinn name, logo, website design and content belong to Kinn. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

Acceptable use

  • No automated or misleading submissions.
  • No attempts at unauthorized access to Kinn systems.
  • No use of the website that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. Kinn is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the website or relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
