Privacy policy
This policy describes how we handle your data when you visit the Kinn website (kinntech.co) or request a demo. Center and child data inside the Kinn application is governed by the service agreement with each center.

What we collect
- Demo-request form: your name, center name, mobile number, email (optional), city, approximate number of children, preferred language and your message.
- Technical data when the form is sent: the page it was sent from, the visit source (utm) and the IP address for abuse prevention.
- Usage statistics through Google Analytics (when enabled) with anonymized IP addresses, to understand which pages are visited most.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your request and arrange the demo.
- To manage our relationship with interested centers in Kinn’s internal sales system.
- To improve the website and prevent abuse and automated submissions.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Request data is stored on Google Cloud servers and kept for as long as our business relationship lasts, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time via +966 55 509 2893. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising-tracking cookies. Analytics cookies may be used only when Google Analytics is enabled.
